Details
AWS Authorized Instructors emphasize best practices using the AWS. Through a series of use case scenarios and practical learning, you'll explore AWS services that can be applied to solve architectural problems. You’ll find opportunities to combine your new knowledge with critical thinking and problem-solving skills. This course culminates in a final review project to reinforce what you’ve learned. Course modules focus on managing multiple AWS accounts, hybrid connectivity and devices, networking with a focus on AWS Transit Gateway connectivity, container services, automation tools for continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), security, and distributed denial of service (DDoS) protection, data lakes and data stores, edge services, migration options, and managing costs. The course concludes by presenting scenarios and challenging you to identify the best solutions.
This course will also help you prepare for the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional exam.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
- Registration end date: February 29th, 9:00 am.
- Audience: Ukrainians from 18 years old from anywhere across the globe, who have access to the Internet, time, and desire to master the AWS Cloud direction, and are interested in finding a job in the Cloud industry. The number of participants is limited.
- Format: virtual instructor-led training (vILT) with hands-on practice in the sandbox. You must be able to attend a minimum of 80% of classes in real time.
- Schedule and duration: 11.03.2024 - 16.03.2024, 17:00-21:00 (total - 24 hours).
- Language: lectures and consultations in Ukrainian, educational materials in English.
- Start of vILT: participants get access to courses after passing the selection.
What is required for training:
To join the Advanced Architecting on AWS virtual instructor-led training, you have to comply with the following requirements:
- Be a certified AWS Solution Architect-Associate (preferred) or any other AWS Associate-level (less preferred) or at least AWS Cloud Practitioner with strong knowledge that relevant to Associate-level Certification;
- Knowledge and experience with core AWS services from the compute, storage, networking, and AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) categories;
- Minimum of B1 English level. If you don’t speak English, please find additional language learning options after you register on IT Skills 4U program;
Note! This Advanced Architecting on AWS training is held in Ukrainian, however, the AWS Certification exam (online test proctoring) will be held in English only.

How to get started?
- Click the "Register" button on this page, create your profile, and fill in all the required information. The confirmation email will be sent to you afterward.
- Add a link to any AWS Associate-level certificate to the form (the form will be sent to your email after the registration). If you do not have an Associate-level certificate, please provide a link to the AWS Cloud Practitioner certificate.
- Pass the English test by February 29. English test will be available for passing in your profile at training.epam.ua after the registration.
- Pass the Technical Test. The test will be available for passing at the landing page or training.epam.ua after registration, or at examinator.epam.com. You have to pass the test by February 29.
- Join a short video call to confirm your Ukrainian citizenship and your English level. Instructions will be sent to your email after you successfully finish the previous steps.
- Receive an invitation to join the Instructor-led training (in case of successful completion of all the selection stages). The invitation for vILT will be sent to your email.

What is IT Skills 4U program?
IT Skills 4U is a joint training program for Ukrainian citizens organized by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers (ZPP). EPAM, an AWS-authorized training partner, offers virtual classes with certified instructors.
The IT Skills 4U program is open to all Ukrainians interested in switching to IT or advancing their IT career by learning Amazon Web Services Cloud skills. The studying is hosted on a specially created web platform, where learners will get online self-paced courses; access to instructor-led training delivered by accredited AWS Training Partners; vouchers for the AWS Certification exams; English-language classes; soft skills development sessions; other support to help launch and advance one's career in tech.
