Training process

The program will last ~2-4 months and require ~20-40 hours of weekly engagement. The more time you devote to learning, the faster you will complete it.

What is required for training:

General requirements:

  1. Citizens of Georgia and permanent residents who are eligible to work in this country
  2. Specialists changing careers, final-year university students and graduates
  3. Individuals aged 18 years and older

Skills requirements:

  1. English level from B1 (Intermediate) and higher
  2. Familiarity with the software development & testing life cycle and Agile frameworks
  3. Solid knowledge of functional testing theory (Test Artifacts; Test Methods, Types and Levels; Main Testing Terms; Test Planning and Analysis; Test Documentation; Test Design Techniques; Defect and Results Reporting)
  4. Experience with requirement analysis, test design and defect reporting

Nice to have:

  1. Familiarity with API testing and SQL queries
  2. Fluency in Georgian of C1 (Advanced) level and higher


How to get started?

  2. Take the English test available in your account's "My assessments" section. You should complete it within 5 days of registration and achieve a B1-level result or higher to proceed.
  3. Complete the technical test available in your account's "My assessments" section. You should complete it within 5 days of registration and reach at least 60% result to proceed.
  4. Have a phone interview with a recruiter. Our specialist will contact you if you are among the shortlisted candidates who meet all the requirements and have performed well on the tasks.
  5. Pass an online technical interview. You'll speak with a QA engineer and demonstrate your knowledge (this step will be available only to shortlisted candidates).
  6. Receive an invitation to the program and begin your studies. We will share enrollment results and instructions for your learning journey via email.
